Tanja Parsley, President and Founder

Tanja Parsley is recognized for her strong strategic thinking and passion for creating high-performance sales cultures. Her ability to communicate, coach and facilitate performance aligned to organizational goals is highly valued by her clients. Tanja is a partner of choice for training and consulting to Research in Motion’s North American Field Marketing and Training Teams.
Prior to starting her own business in 1999, Tanja was a business developer and Executive Coach for Outcomes Inc. where she was instrumental in launching and developing the “start up” into a highly successful business providing leading edge development and transformational change interventions. Outcomes Inc. was recognized for helping many Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox Manufacturing Worldwide, Ontario Hydro and Royal Bank Group achieve breakthrough results in challenging economic times. During her time at Outcomes, Tanja was solidly in the trenches, mastering the art and science of the Complex Sale: selling intangible, “high ticket” solutions to multiple senior buyers.
Earlier in her career, Tanja laid a strong foundation in leadership and business management at The Fitness Institute, where she managed a number of medically-based, executive clubs and was Vice President of Service. During her tenure, she balanced her bottom line responsibilities with her passion for cultivating a high performance team culture yielding significant turnaround results.
Tanja has an honours degree in Physical & Health Education and a minor in Psychology from the University of Toronto. She is certified as a Strategic Change Specialist with the Joseph L. Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto and as a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. She is a graduate of the BCoach Systems, LLC advanced program in business coaching and is accredited by the Hay Group to assess, train and coach in emotional intelligence. Tanja has been distinguished by the Canadian Professional Sales Association as a Certified Sales Professional (C.S.P.) and partners with them to deliver presentation skills training to their members. Tanja is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS), and is on the Faculty of Pro-Track Speaker Academy as an evaluator.
What We Do
Proven selling and presenting methodologies that equip people not only with what to do, but how to do it. Workshops are delivered in both workshop format and virtual training format where state of the art webinar design, facilitation and technology platforms are used.
Post training reinforcement, sales tools and video podcasts ensure effective sales behaviours are imbedded in the field.
One-on-one executive coaching is offered to leaders who want to tackle the critical issues that are most important to their success. And that includes stepping up their capacity to lead and get results with and through other people. Through the power of the phone, web or in person coaching conversations, we support leaders to develop the best practices, behaviours and strategies that will inspire and develop their people to create outstanding results.
We offer group coaching for sales people to get focused on high pay off activities that are “closest to the money” and to tackle the barriers that are in the way of success.
