How It Works
- Identify eligible candidates who meet specific criteria for Train The Trainer based on program
- Tailor the program if and as required to include relevant examples and company specific curriculum requirements
- Complete the Train The Trainer process:
- Three phases
- Includes six days of training with Master Trainer
- Study plan
- Robust leader materials and leader support tools
- In-class training facilitated by Master Trainer with demos, teach backs, feedback critiques, video recordings of presentations and one on one coaching
- Deliver training to “real time” audience with Master Trainer observation, coaching debrief and written documentation to ensure desired training, facilitation and coaching behaviours are integrated
